Configuring Teleworker Phone Users
(Mitel Integrated Configuration Wizard)

To configure the Teleworker users:

  1. Type an extension number and select a Device Type for each teleworker phone user or use Autofill to generate them as follows:

  2. Select multiple users by dragging across a range of rows.

  3. Click Autofill.

  4. Enter the starting directory number and/or Device Type.

  5. Click OK.

  1. Select a device type.

  2. Enter the MAC address (if known) of the Teleworker phone.

  3. (Optional) Click Edit Keys to program feature keys; see Programming Keys for details.

  4. Click Next to continue.

To sort the list, click a column header.

Teleworker phone users are assigned COS 11, the same COS assigned to Office-Phone-only users unless they have voice mail with Record-A-Call, in which case they are assigned COS 13.
